Will be buying at 4.20 share that's the price point he appears to defend since he owned it 

he's a billionaire and has liquidated other holdings last 90 days 

hes our only NCIB buyback folks

not   sure   what  %age   he is  at   now.  Barring   a full  blown  takeover  offer   from  him , once  re reaches    20%  ,  he can  only   buy  5%  per    year   after that ,  under   rules   similar to  ...more

I doubt  its  on the web  .  Once  he   gets  to  20%  and  wants  to  go  up  another  5% , he has  to file  a form  via   Securities  Regulations  stating   his intention to  do  so.  After  that   has been  done  there  is  ...more

After sticking with this REIT and reinvesting the payouts for over a year I'm pulling the plug. If they ever get rid of SLAM I'll consider buying it again. $4.20 with no SLAM would be ideal.
