I doubt the authorities will block spb a second time especially that they let chemtrade get the deal which put chemtrade total market penetration close to spb in those chemical product...i know it was the US that did that but still....
we also get the annual meeting on may 2nd .. I attended in the past.. I might be able to be there this time as I have never met Luc (was not in the position when I attended)
I surely hope that your vision comes through with the 14.00 by end of april... that would be sweet but makes it costly as i am dripping my dividends each month...(at 14 i will get less shares) and since i am long i do not intend to sell ... well maybe some....
