RE:Anyone know who Marquard & Bahls are ?Last purchase was 538,400 shares at $13.41 on Friday Feb 19.

Total last week (shortened week) 1,288,400 shares

Total 23,463,500 shares.

These guys are experts in the global energy field growing mostly by acquisitions,
but have never purchased a publicly traded company.  I believe that all of their
subsidiaries are 100% owned so it would be a major divergence for them to
take a minority position.  They just haven't done that in the past.  They take a very long
term view of different parts of the energy markets. They buy to own, not trade.

Relentless buying averages 2-4 days per week.  Mostly through JP Morgan.

I am overweighted substantially.
