RE:Is this Kamps acquisition ever going to close?!?!?!Company presentation says 2nd quarter 2022.
And, nothing announced since Dec 2021, so the next move is waitng for that decision.
Something is ready to roll out once Kamps closes.
Market worries about possible raising of money through dilution, when the only logical outcome is for one of the major holders to take the dividend and thus the company private.
Time will tell.
