Looks   like   shorts   are   thinking the  German  Co.   will  resume   selling    Monday   June   26th  per    their   agreement    with    CIBC   who   distributed   their  last  block  .   As   they are below   10%  now   no   disclourse   required    on their  part.

Short position increased 1.5 million shares in 15 day period ending June 15. Expensive short with this yield but short interest is going up. Assuming the thing another secondary coming from M&B or PE backers of Certarus.

As M&B are now under 10% they can simply sell on the market with no requirement to report. I suspect the PE backers are also in this position. I believe that is why the share price is very weak . Lots of sellers.

Short position up again by another 115k. Total shares short 5.6 million. Have to figure anticipation of another M&B bought deal and or Certarus shareholder shorting for when lock ups expire? Once this all clears could be a massive whipsaw in this stock.

Penny? What is your issue? The point is Brookfield is involved with this stock and it is bottoming. A slow accumulation over the next few months is the smart thing to do. I'm not sure where you're coming from?
