Very curious action today indeed. My take is that, if you look at the volume of ADI versus SCP leading up to the merger, ADI was way above average volume. I believe people were accumulating ADI due to the 1/4 warrant attached. 

Now that the warrant distribution has passed, all those who popped in for the warrants are dumping their shares on the open market. There seems to be a pretty endless supply today of those willing to give shares away at 19 to 20 cents. Once these players exit, we should see appreciation towards 23 to 25 cents.

Otherwise, I cannot explain the negative direction. Iron ore futures way up again, along with oil. Pretty much everything else today is up, yet this is way down on heavy volume with no news. Would be a good day to pick up shares, IMO.
