More from the CEO.CA guy@F6 Re: The Next Bull Market Move Interview - Rick Rule The term 'Beneficiating' as regards gold mining asset acquisitions does not necessarily mean 'to provide capital to in a beneficial way.' A mining expert would not have misused the term, and is not found under IFRS. Who knows what aberration under the english language IFRS accounting might have developed. Beneficiating means to seperate from the gange, which would be extracting ownership rights of an asset in a step-acquisition in this context. If you believe as I do, that Golden Band is being acquired in a step-acquisition under IFRS accounting rules by $SRHI, then the asset is beneficiated out of the gange of ownership rights under securities' laws. The gold mining asset has, as I must INSIST, comes with a significant capital accumulation, that the capital has already been developed over several years in a two-stage process, an asset-based financing, and a revenue-based financing. Control goes over to Sprott in a step-acquisition merely because the complex build of capital interest comes under a unique set of circumstances, that Golden Band would not be able to raise capital, and that the capital provider in partnership with the miner under development -ready-to-mine- would work in partnership to achieve a milestone in an extraordinarily difficult, capital-defunct, historically derilict mining district. They provided the capital, as it were, thus they basically have ownership. The gold mining asset is capital-accumulated and ready to apply the deficit against the costs of preparation. The result being, Golden Band to be acquired in a stock-swap merger. -F6 $SRHI #LaRongeGoldBelt $GBRIF
