1. A copper mine that going to potentially generate over us$175M in cash next 7.5 years of which 70% is ours. They only explored 10% of the property so additional resources to be found. Plus this is a fully functional mine that is only being expanded originally setup ($200M+ spent) by Vale a top miner. Plus significant leverage to copper as case was made on $2.75
2. Publicly traded investments of C20M in Inplay Oil and Corsa Coal, both which are increasing production greater than 30% in 2019 and are low cost producers.
3. The odds of getting diluted by 10M in warrants is nil or a 600% increase from here as strike is $6.66 by Feb 2022.
4. Still hold some legacy assets that are worth several millions.
The good news issounds like they will announce mine expansion financing for MTV and a possible share buyback. In reality we have the cash to expand MTV if we are only required to come up with 70%.
