Short of going bancrupt with 80% of its market cap in cash, can this company perform any worse????. Mr Rick Rule IV, any coments on it?

I'm not rick rule  This stock is basically a publically traded partneship.  Until there are several wins and lots of news chatter these shares will be comotose. If you want action, you're gonna have to wait or get another stock.
