NAV discount geater than 70% and mine finance

Since end of December NAV of C$5.52 I calculated below.   Both  Inplay Oil and Corsa Coal all rallied greater than 10% so NAV even higher.
if I’m SRHI management I get the loan to expand MTV and use our US$20M in cash and aggressively buy back the stock here as return greater than 100% at these levels of C$1.20/share.

This is tremendous value. If you look at the individual components, none of them have dropped more in the last year than this holding company and I include most copper companies as comparable. They all seem to have bottomed as well (hopefully for good) and have rebounded some. Then you have cash which obviously does not go down in value which is something that a CSO or IPO does not hold.
