IMO you are right vickygabbro in regards to a rollback.

The SP should and it will go up, not today and not tomorrow. IMO it will go up as soon as government gives money for the construction of  deep water port (at Rankin Inlet), expension of the airport and all season road (all the way from Churchil, MB to Ranking Inlet). Also, with the development of nearby mines (please have a look at this year Nunavut Symposium presentations) Starfiled will benefit from it. The main barrier for all the present and future mines in that region is the lock of deep water port and roads.

Once the construction of the deep water port and all season road begins (2013-taken from the 2012 NS) we should see some movement in SP or earlier.
