a business that has been around since 1953 and almost never drops. Collecting almost all rent with Walmart/Dollarama clients as anchors. Lock in a 9% divy. I'm not a REIT expert but I couldn't help sell some minor losers to buy this bigger loser. Probably buy more tomorrow at open.

How many times in life will you get a chance to lock in 9% with a low risk company like SRU???

I also added some CSH.UN

Too ridiculous.
