SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

For a sleepy stock, the last year alone provided more entertainment than since inception. Happy to see it worked out for all of us small fry who rode it through. Enjoying the gains, but especially the monthly divs, some of which get poured back into the pot to treat family and friends.

Will be interesting to see where we go from here in a year or two... will Renegade re-emerge? Will Scaddabush expand beyond Ontario? Will franchising be considered to go to the next level? Or, will Recipe Unlimited come in with an offer and take it over one day?

The first 20 or 30k we made may have been a bit of luck, but the roller coaster we rode to this point sure kept the heart pumping! And you guys are a great group to have taken that ride with!
