SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

I have been to that Arizona place, while service is fine I found their food was average. I actually enjoy dining at Jack's, the food quality has improved greatly, locations are clean, modern and trendy and service is top notch. The only disappointment I do have is they dropped their fish 'n chips from their new condensed menu which was a regular Friday night outing for my wife and I.

Of course but there always reason behind everything. My neighbour has the Scottish background to start with. Consider that he is a horder he won't go to better restaurants and on
the top of iit there is no way he will pay a full price. Also waitresses are much better looking at Arizona plus more action since it is a sports bar. Believe or not Scaddabush and Jaks are just about 800 meters to walk from Arizona and just across the street is Montana's also with half price chicken wing special.

We both own SRV.UN shares, but sorry I am afraid we will never support it. lol
