Yeah, I saw that! Lets see what happens...has to be some pending news?
Comment by flamingogold on Feb 24, 2021 9:16am
Without news could this be Janes behind the bid looking to squeeze out tightly held shares?
Comment by BlueJay2020 on Feb 24, 2021 9:27am
Bid/ask now down to 6.50 and was 8.50 first thing this morning.  This is so illiquid that I guess crazy things can happen in pre-market.  Still, it's been a while since we have seen anything like this.

That was fun lol. I wonder if Janes was testing bid levels to see how many shares would flush out at higher levels. Who else would be playing with the stock like this. There are so few shares, this could move quickly on any good news.

Yeah, hit 6.50 for about 5 seconds!  We've done a days worth of trading in the opening 5 minutes!  Which is good news in terms of the average cost base of the shareholders. Still up 10% as I type, but I think there is further to go today..

Don't forget Jane now owns >10% so they need to do disclosures to buy and sell shares. I'm pretty sure that is why Jane made an open offer, they had own 9.85% so they were close to the 10% requiring disclosure.

This is great! I would hate to be someone with a large holding in this that tendered to Janes offer right now.
