The "end game" for covid

Vaccines initially never promised immunity but they are keeping folks out of hospital and minimizing death. We know this first hand as our most vulnerable in nursing homes remain safe during this latest wave.

"Cases" have since decoupled from hospitalization and deaths so full lockdowns should no longer be imposed. While this is the most infectious wave, thanks to vaccinations it is the weakest, and likely opens the door to "super-immunity" going forward.
