Menu price increases
Took advantage of the gift card promo pre-Christmas and was checking some take-out options for Scaddabush and noticed a bump up in prices especially for the bundle meals. Goes to show how they were giving away product last year just to keep the lights on. Good to see they don't need to sell their soul anymore.
Not a bad strategy actually... sell a bunch of online gift cards, then bump up the menu prices post holiday as people (moi included) look to redeem them especially with indoor mandated closed.
Hope we can get some indoor re-opened soon, at least 25% would help the industry. Schools opening as planned is a step forward in the right direction.
