Yes, it is a truly sacry thought of what is yet to come. With the massive amounts of liquidity being injected iinto the markets, it is inevitable. Because at some point it has to come to an end and that is where we will witness the true nature of our neighbors who would rather play Farmville with their heads in the sand, instead of realizing that they had better be prepared.
One of the many reasons I bought all this land with the tractor / equipment last year. I can grow my own food, have chickens, cows, hunt if need be, practice with my weapons in realative peace. I'm out of town. I'm far from those extreme preppers, but I'm glad that I made the move.... Case in point... Late this past June we had a devesating derecho rip through the mid west and east coast. I witnessed, 2 weeks of no power (not me... whole house natural gas generator), no gasoline, food was GONE off the shelves, water not safe to drink. People were freaking out. Here I was... Had gas reserves, power, A/C, plenty of food, water, etc.... You would think that people would stop and say, maybe I should stock up some.... Nope... Hardly anyone learned.....
