What are they going to do with profits moving forward?

It was posted here awhile back that the company will be growing their bank account substantially over the next year or so. With that money it was discussed that they could increase dividend which they just announced is starting in March or do a share buy back. Are any.of these likely or will they just keep putting money into acquiring more properties? Should the stock price not be much higher than it is right now based on fundamentals and comparisons to peers? Why does it seem there is a concerted effect to suppress the stock price? Is their a lot of stock being shorted and by who?

As an Alacer shareholder I feel we were betrayed by Atwall to merge with SSR..Our mine was very profitable and we were debt free and had great earnings. Our positive cash was very impressive and we might have gotten good chunks of cash dividend as was done in the past..This merger sucks.

Funny - as an SSRM shareholder I felt betrayed by the merger too. A billion oz of undeveloped silver given away for nothing, and I think its a matter of time until Turkey implodes. I heted the deal and posted here to get out, shares would go nowhere. Great call. In mining, sometimes 1+1 = 1 as the merger actually cut allocation at funds. Now what? Maybe there's a bottom here and stock is sold
