The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

RE: RE: WAY TO CHEAPMy thoughts are that the price is a little light too. I have bought both sst and capstone as they both appear as very inexpensive. I won't complain as profit is profit. A bright side too this arrangement is SLW trades at a better multiple. The earnings going over will reduce that forward multiple or give it a little leg room to run. It should also add some liquidity to Capstone going forward. I had bought and thought that this was an excellent long term hold. Bought back at 80 cents and thought this should net 3 or 4 times my investment back over time. Times sure have changed...
