Terrible, unfathomable dealSo, SST is spun out of CS around three years ago at $1.50 and now management agrees that all their efforts to create shareholder value from then until now, amount to virtually more than that?
I am stunned that management would concur with anywhere near this price, for way too many reasons that I simply don't have the time to list, here.
This is almost ludicrous, except that I'm too upset to be laughing.
