Recession-resistant yield play This reminds me a lot about buying Chartwell for less than $4 in 2008 at a 13.5% yield. Since then, I've been paid the dividend every month, they increased the dividend and the stock has tripled. I can comfortably see STB going to $13.80 while I collect a 13.5% yield here.
