RE:RE:Latest Upgrade report on STB from Zack'sI read both the Upgrade report of March 2015 and the downgrade report of Jan 2016. I found no fundamental analysis. I suspect the computer algorithm driving Zack's is a trend-following algo: If it rose then buy, and if it fell then sell. This algorithm will generate a positive spread over an index over time because it assumes infinite liquidity to move at the stipulated price, and it can reverse course instantly. Making money in the real world is harder. I'm very comfortable investing against a trend-following algo, especially one that's been proven wrong on this stock within the past 10 months.
