Yield keeps falling as price keeps rising

With the shares up to C$5.00, the yield is down to 12.3%. I'm already long at 14%, as the bears rightly pointed out that high yield wouldn't last. Will the shares rise to $15.68 from here? Not in a straight line. Nor did Enercare nor Chartwell. But both paid me 14% while I waited, and ultimately cashed in a triple on the stock appreciation alone, plus the 14% yield while I waited. Will we be in a bear market forever? No, of course not. Will there always be kids going to school? Yes, I'm sure of that.
