Ok suppose I bought at $10 and sold at $11 what do I do next?

Now the share price is $11.49 and I don't know what to do (hypothetical)

Do I buy back at a higher price or wait for it to go back to $10?

I know that If I miss a few key days as a shareholder and the stock rallies 20% or so then I'm screwed.
