Crappy management!

Crappy management!May 5 2005 paying out divided .11, gas & petroleum revenue of 47,434
                      production of 11,617 boe/day.

today            reduce production, decreased cash flow
                       3325 boe/day gas, 675 bbl/d oil.

stock strading above 17.50 to this year 1.14

the only thing this company has that I am interested is below book value 3.35, what is missing is div. 

Will this company turn arround ?? its hard to tell.  They need a good team!
