Its project includes Altan Tsagaan Ovoo (ATO) gold and silver project, Mungu Project, Uudam Khundii UK Project, and Tres Cruces Project. The ATO Project is located in the territory of Tsagaan Ovoo soum of Dornod province in eastern Mongolia and is comprised of one mining license covering an area of 5492 hectares. The Mungu gold and silver discovery is located northeast of the ATO Project. It is a structurally controlled epithermal gold-silver system with localized bonanza grades. The Uudam Khundii property is comprised of one exploration license covering 14,397 hectares. The project area is located 800 km south-west of Ulaanbaatar. The property is located between and adjoining the Bayan Khundii gold discovery and Altan Nar epithermal gold deposits explored by Erdene Resource Development Corporation. It also owns an interest in the Tres Cruces Gold Project located in Northern Peru.

  • what SP is
  • management wanting to loot shareholder $$$ when they quit by scamming 3X salary + bonus
  • massive shortfall in Q3 production

Clearly paid by mngmnt to post here to try and spin what I've uncovered about how sleazy mngmnt is.
Shine a light on what's been filed in darkness !!!
Interesting that the filing date was on a Monday...usually sneaky filings go in on a Friday after markets close..missed that one by a bit.

with SP lower than what ES paid...how smart is he again?
I recall mngmnt saying...no dilution..and then opened the door to ES. resulting in a massive share count increase, fully diluted. Who can trust anything that comes out of Pinocchios mouth?

Plus Kushi...no need to worry about getting laid when mngmnt screws shareholders so often here. Also filing hasn't been removed...still up over on CEO.CA...so another spin that became unspun !!!
