I have no idea what's happened with Debt/Equity ratio. Early calculation showed 4x more than industry average. 

If broke the road to MSE by themselves, why waste time & rss on it? Nonsense, mismanagement fuels STGO adding more more nonsense costs to its operations. Time to fire all the COPs & hire PROs, i guess. 

Because it's blocking next 2 projects, ION & ARJN...IMO
