What happened at 3:59:59
There was a big jump in price and volume of STLC with one second to go before the TSX closed at 4 o'clock. Shares were trading in the 52.10 to 52.15 range with volumes of 700 to 3200 shares trading with 1 minute to go before the 4 o'clock closing. Then at 3:59:59, a massive trade of 321,300 shares went through at $53.41 boosting the share price by well over a dollar. What's going on? Monday's market will be interesting to watch.
