Low volume- day before thanksgiving
American investors likely travelling as US markets not open tomorrow and half day Friday.
Announcement has to be coming. Can't end the year with over 1 billion in cash. Also as date approaches each month the steel futures keep moving up so can't look out a year to predict trend as demand appears to be strong.
Also 1000 acres of lakefront land has to be worth $$$$. This will all get redeveloped as Stelco for sweetheart deal when they emerged from bankruptcy
