I think of kestenbaum at 11.6 million shares and bedrock at 7.6 million as essentially one entity as they have very close relationship. With 20 million ownership they control 26 percent of company. With 77 million outstanding less 20 leaves you 57 million they don't control. Don't think prem Watsa selling any time soon and he owns 12.2 million.
Another large buyback would put these theee solidly in control. Bedrock has one year lock up so they are not selling any more for a year.
Buyback is best option for all shareholders, big and small.
