Stock soaring 17% in pre market

  1. Posco (NYSE:PKX) shares are soaring over 17% with the release of its Q2 2023 earnings report.

Will other steel stocks follow?

With one of the cleanest balance sheet in the steel industry,$15 of cash/ share as of March and growing,at these levels, STLC is a good risk/reward for a defensive position for an investor who as a time frame of more than a day/week.

Alan Kestenbaum as proved to me that he and is management are top notch in capital allocators.

What will they do with this massive pile of cash.

Another SIB,Special dividend or an acquisition?

With Fairfax and Alan owning 39.3% of the shares, i am sure they will  take the right decision
for the shareholders.

I am fully invested so can't buy more. And i don't want to sell any of my other position.

Staying long
