Stock Not Moving

Interesting that in the last few days, as oil has risen, Spartan is dead in the water.  There seems to be a wall of stock at $3.60 - $3.62 that cannot be taken out.

I have been buying DTX, TOL, CNQ, TOU and RPL as of late (yes, like everybody else).  These seem to have more legs.  Did not like the new TOU issue today, but after a huge run, TOU management took advantage of the high stock price to do the issue - minimizes dilution.

STO results will be forthcoming in a couple of weeks.  This should clear the decks for a move back to $4.00.

JMO,
