Hi Larsen6

First the important stuff, I want to keep the bet on total return for STO/Bonterra vs PRY. Can you accept including dividends in the calculation?

Second, I never said I got them at $4.40, or meant to say that, I got them in the $4.40's, actually averaged $4.46, and the total was close to 120,000. Since then I have reduced by 57,000 because my ultimate target was PRY shares. I did buy back 14,400 this morning between $4.84 and $4.86 before the bid got away from me. Leaves me holding 73,000, so with yours we hold 200,000 - not enough me thinks to sway board opinions, less stock prices.

Third, I took a much riskier approach to PRY, averaging my initial $3 entry down to below $2, I am still underwater obviously.

I will look at Manitok though, thanks for the heads up, but I am also tapped out on margin.

Lastly, voting direction...like you say we are here to make money. Right now, Bonterra is forecast to move to $50 plus if and when it gets the deal as is. STO may not do so well on a negative shareholder vote, at least in the short run. So their you have it...YES. Anyway, my feeling is that this deal is a moot point, the tiger is lurking in the weeds.
