west white rose would be an acquisition,Suncor only own 26 per cent of that project now.If they buy 25 per cent from Cenovus,they would be in control,(with 51 per cent),of a carbon friendly oil project,that would enhance Suncors decarbonization portfolio.I think it would be a great purchase for Suncor,they have already written off 425 million because of west white.The project only need another billion or so to complete,and this could turn into an extremely viable asset,other then that they buy the full 69 per cent from Cenovus,complete White Rose themselves and their 425 million comes back in play.Thoughts???
