RE:RE:With or without war... who suffer the most going forward are those who are overly trusting and relying on their government for advice, free stuffs, and policy. Only through pain and suffering will lessons be learned. Recent poll show majority of canadians still want more restriction and penalty for the unvaxxed and politicians will respond to the mobs, contrary to what they says their policies are base on science, what a joke. Mob rule and politicians will grease the noisiest wheels, base on science my a$$

Governments cannot decide which energy to adopt, and this transition will take decades. While this is happening they are in such a rush to rid the world of oil ,that they made it politically incorrect for financial institutions to freely lend to existing oil behemoths, let alone new ventures.I could go on,but the bottom line is this,Suncor is located in a stable country, in the best province possible and with new pipelines preparing to turn on taps to other countries ,and in combination with lower debt, fewer shares and increasing dividends coupled with cash coming into their treasury unlike ever before,NOW,is the time to buy before we even return to pre covid s/p levels.STRONGEST CANADIAN OIL BUY IN THE MARKET!!!!!
You said it all right there Wynjoe , the amateur politicians of today dance to the tune of the hour where a real leader picks the music . Thinks about that for a minute ......
Washington saw a country where the people were free , MacDonald saw the need for a railroad to knit Canada together , Eisenhauer saw the need for interstate highways for national defence (idea taken from Germany) , Kennedy saw a man on the moon by 1969 . Do you see where I'm going with this ? A leader has a plan , a vision of the future . A leader doesn't point fingers other than to say "we need you" , a leader rallies the troops , gives focus and purpose to the cause .
Until we get a new version of politician , you know , the kind with a backbone , that are willing to tell the hard truth and act decisively for the good of the ENTIRE country (not one neighborhood in Toronto) , we are in for a very uncertain future . But the one certainty will surely be higher oil prices !!!!
