I am no expert on Valero nor Exxon but i believe there are very different than Suncor.

Valero is a pure refiner, it need to buy it's feedstock.Exxon is more like SU but is all 
over the map.It's a guess on my part but it's capital requirement to keep it's production
at the same level (or growing it) most be way more than SU.Like i said, that a guess on my part.

Suncor'soil reserves are tremendous and well defined.

I guess an expert could give you more info. but i like Suncor's profile.

SU dividend yield  is already at a nice level.If and that is a big if,oil price stay at $80 + 
for an extended period of time, we could see a nice increase in the dividend or a special one.
