More importantly, they must think that the average person in the US is an idiot. Perhaps they might be on to something there since most people get their news from left wing local news or CNN or worse yet MSNBC...lol.
The latest one is that part of Biden climate change trilion dollar Bill that was passed last year, there is a bit under $5 billion to provide an incentive for people to switch from gas stoves to electric to wean people people off fossil fuels.
Sounds great - right?
Well the problem is that most of the electricity produced in the US uses either gas or coal. This begs the question - so how exactly does this further a green agenda??
As a sidebar, I have a couple of friends who are chefs and they would't use anything but a gas stove to cook their meals for customers at their restaurants. If they switched to an electric stove the quality would go down in their opinion and experience...
