* MASSIVE DEGRADATION in battery output, performance and life as the ambient temperature drops BELOW ZERO degrees Celsius
* DANGEROUSLY PRONE to LIFE-THREATENING THERMAL RUNAWAY FIRES and TOXIC GASES INTOXICATION due to DAMAGED battery cell or near ROBUST HEAT SOURCE {as little as 40 degrees Celsius}
* DEPENDENT on SCARCE HIGH-PERFORMANCE METAL COMPONENTS (cobalt, nickel, lithium etc.) that are ENVIRONMENTALY OPPRESSIVE when mined
