* Fort Hills has NO UPGRADER although they have a VERY GOOD ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND PROCESS (less CO2 emissions are GENERATED using this process and through MINING IT compared to SAGD) to RECOVER the BITUMEN from the oil sands called the paraffinic froth treatment process (PFTP)
* the RAW BITUMEN after PFTP is a SLIGHTLY HIGHER QUALITY than say the MEG Energy bitumen since it has LESS CARBON and REQUIRES LESS DILUENT to get it FLOWING in the pipelines
