Good news for line 3

A new line 3 is a win win. Pipelines are the safest and cleanest transport, and people need to start getting on board with improving North American infrastructure. We can either transition into cleaner production and cleaner transport, or fight the transition and risk the stay of outdated industrial systems.

My biggest fear is that when SU announces these buybacks, these criminal hedge funds will keep dragging the stock lower because they know it will go up due to buybacks. I kinda saw that with BPY. I just wish they made these imaginary trading options illegal

Why would that be a bad thing?  Buying back your own stock on a treadmill of cheap stocks?   That's the goal, buy your own stocks as cheap as possible, reduce the float & increase the dividends .. = higher yield, lower dividends per share.

Oh no don't get me wrong, it's a good thing. I'm just predicting sp volatility: as suncor buys these hedge funds will take advantage of this bb. It will still end up higher, but with a lot of lows I think. It doesn't matter if you're long SU
