Russian SWIFT sanctions off the table

The west blinked, and will soften sanctions in response to a Russian invasion in Ukraine.
Russian oil and gas will continue to flow to Europe.
Putin's energy supply has Europe in a stranglehold, just where he wants them.
Its now a green light for a Ukraine invasion.
Next move is up to Putin.
