Saudis AND Russia extend cuts to end of Year

MBS is going to keep them 'Ouching' for a while yet.

Russia continues their 300k bpd cut.

It is becoming clear who controls the market now as shale is not going to respond.

Meantime, SU and others keep rising.

MBS showing Joe who the real BOSS is. While were at it, we should inform Joe that we will sell him all the Canadian oil he wants at WTI $CDN, which we will convert to US dollars at PAR for him so he wont have to figure out the exchange rate. And he'll say "wow man, it must be my lucky day!"
