i wouldn't jump to that conclusion. NK is lapdog of china. When china says jump, kim will ask how high. Kim just visited putin 3 weeks ago, signing arm deals, and whatever deals behind closed door.  Border defense is useless against missiles. Will see if trump get re-elected. I doubt biden has the balls to execute trump plan against NK.   kim flew to russia to meet putin
