It will be addressed but everything takes time. The problems were created a couple years ago before it was understood what was causing the issue, this is obvious. Just look at the production numbers in 2008 from oil sands and then last years production numbers and now were their current production numbers are and the 2 maintenance outages scheduled for the next couple years. This is definitely an investment as long as you purchase wisely. My shares are stayin put for further gains.
