RE:Toyota President: There's too much hype over EV's

Politicians understand nothing. That's why their politicians. Their usually educated with a degree in arts or political science at best or some other absolute waste of time degree, where you show up for half the classes and still pass.

Very few politicians will have a economics degree, commerce degree or engineering where you need a brain to complete.

It should almost be mandatory for them to have a economics or business degree to be able to run a country, currently we have some of the least educated people running our countries. They are basically puppets, they usually reach out to educated people for words and ideas and relay them in front of a camera to the people.

This is how you end up with a person like Justin running your country.

He has financially decimated our country by suffocating our resources. The employment loss in our resource sector is staggering. You have companies ran by educated people shaking their heads at decisions made, now taking their billion dollar companies that create incredible revenue for the Canadian people, leaving and terminating massive projects, the spiral affect is shocking and I can't blame them.

Our government is tired of watching the underground marijuana industry and think " hey there's a tax revenue"  to supliment the losses, which inevitably created a wirl wind in the stock market, allowing completely false evaluations, which should have been governed and audited by the SEC but was allowed to con people out of their money because it wasn't real. Now half of them are bankrupt.

Such a great country but leadership has been castrated.

Our leaders need to be at least that, a leader with proven success. An education in economics or business so at the minimum you understand why your country is falling apart when you make all the wrong moves. Frustrating to watch.
