Experienced: Judging from your posts (which I mostly enjoy) I am assuming you fall into the same demographic as me (I was in sixth grade when they vaxed JFK). Our investment strategy greatly differ in terms of duration. You appear to be mid to long term oriented while I prefer to gamble on the shorter term plays which I consider SU and all other O/G plays, especially ones which pay a dividend. Don't really understand why anyone would think beyond 5-10 years considering what is happening globally, but each to their own. I seriously believe the energy sector will prove more prosperous than EV start-up related plays years after I push the "buy" button on my final trade. Will SU grow 10% this year? No one knows for sure but I'm comfortable with the present dividend combined with their up-mid-downstream operations that it will. Rich Kruger appears to be making the right moves despite the non-support from the Feds, which leads me to believe we will see more significant improvements in both operations and business stategy. Who knows he may even double the number of EV charging stations on Canada's Electric Highway...
