It underscores just how precarious and dependent the west has become on foreign energy supplies. This over reliance could end very badly for those net importers without self sufficiency, and increased geopolitical risk could easily drive WTI up into the triple digits in a heartbeat. I am watching with concern what is happening in Kazakhstan as a potential trigger for larger things. The Russian

Chilling. The comments from all the green advocates after the article, that is.  They say push the agenda anyways.  I'm 35 and I'm pissed off about the future, they say. One had a brain, and touched on the fact that we could be looking more at the demand side (other than vehicles), and the next one completely missed the point and complained about plastic littering the landscape
