Seems alternating pattern last while, Positive/ negative. This week may be positive build although its full of spr krap.

What alternating pattern??? Commercial crude, supplemented by constant handouts of SPR? There is only one consistent, repeatable, and critical overall inventory direction week after week, no matter how you look at it: DOWN, DOWN, and DOWN

Meant like 2 weeks ago number. All the reports should be down down down but they play thier games. Thought they try again this week since elections so close.
