chinese EV makers can junk their new EV because the total subsidies are greater than the cost of making the EVs. So the more EV they pump out, the more monetary gain they get. Creating dealership and selling them is TOO SLOW. It's a mad race to drain the gov't pot of EV subsidy as fast as possible before then next guy take it.
